MiNFA Awards – Film Submission & Nomination Terms & Conditions
- The applicant confirms that all information provided in this submission form is true, accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
- The applicant must be the producer, production company, authorized representative "or" rights holder of the submitted film and must possess all necessary rights and permissions to submit the film for consideration.
- Submission of a film does not guarantee nomination, selection, shortlisting, award recognition, screening "or" inclusion in any MiNFA Awards program.
- All submitted films, supporting materials, posters, trailers, photographs, press kits, and related content may be used by MiNFA Awards for evaluation, archival, promotional, educational, publicity and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
- The applicant grants MiNFA Awards the non-exclusive right to use film stills, trailers, excerpts, posters, and promotional materials for publicity and promotional activities related to the awards.
- The applicant is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary copyrights, licenses, permissions, clearances and consents related to the submitted film and its content.
- MiNFA Awards reserves the right to disqualify, reject, or remove any submission that contains false information, violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights "or" fails to comply with the eligibility requirements.
- MiNFA Awards reserves the right to determine the eligibility, category placement, nomination status, and final award consideration of all submitted entries.
- The decisions of the jury, screening committee, selection committee and MiNFA Awards management shall be final and binding. No correspondence, appeal, or dispute regarding the results will be entertained.
- Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted links, screeners, documents and supporting materials remain accessible and functional throughout the evaluation process.
- MiNFA Awards shall not be liable for technical failures, incomplete submissions, damaged files, inaccessible links "or" errors arising from third-party platforms.
- The submission fee/registration fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, disqualification, non-selection, nomination outcome, technical issues, scheduling changes, cancellation by the applicant "or" any other reason.
- Once submitted, entries may not be modified, replaced, or withdrawn after the submission deadline unless expressly approved by MiNFA Awards.
- MiNFA Awards reserves the right to amend, modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any part of the awards process, categories, rules, dates "or" events without prior notice.
- By submitting this form and paying the applicable registration fee, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by MiNFA Awards.
