Responsible for official authorization, execution of legal and administrative documents, regulatory filings, approval coordination, and representation of the organization in official and statutory matters on behalf of the foundation, particularly in relation to initiatives like the Minfa Award and the promotion of Mising culture, including recognition for Mising cinema and Mising film awards.

Responsible for organizational administration, operational management, internal coordination, documentation, and workflow supervision, ensuring the smooth execution of meetings, programs, and foundation activities related to the Minfa Award, Mising cinema, and Mising culture, as well as supporting events like the Mising film Awards featuring talented Mising actors.

Responsible for financial management and budgeting, while overseeing accounting and ensuring statutory compliance, this role also involves legal documentation, funding coordination, and maintaining transparent financial and organizational records in accordance with applicable regulations.
